Mr. Francis Kobena Addison is a seasoned insurance professional with over 25 years of experience gained from holding senior executive roles within the insurance industry. He is currently the Managing Director of Quality Insurance PLC.

Having garnered a wealth of governance experience from serving on numerous boards, Mr. Addison brings extensive insurance expertise and strategic oversight to GAB Health Insurance through the Underwriting & Claims Review Committee (UCRC) and the Nomination, Legal, Governance & Compensation Committee (NLGCC).

His leadership reflects a commitment to risk management, underwriting excellence, and good governance. A trusted voice in Ghana’s insurance sector, Mr. Addison drives disciplined risk thinking and governance excellence at the board level.

Mr. Addison holds a Master of Science degree in Insurance and Risk Management from City University London, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), UK.
