GAB health care benefit plans are categorized into five (5) provider network types: Standard, Standard Plus, Premium, Premium Plus and Premium Plus Plus Providers.

The larger the network, the more doctors and drugstores there are in that network. Larger networks tend to have fewer limits when you need to find a doctor or prescription drugs. But it also means the health plan may cost more.

Get accredited as our provider

Providers are required to send the following documents below for review by the GAB Health Accreditation Team to php@gabhealth.com.gh

  • NHIA Credentialed Certificate
  • HeFRA Certificate
  • Service Tariffs or Price List (in Excel format – for Pharmacy, indicate Markup value)
  • Other Registration documents (including Data Protection Certificate).
  • Google Cognate to the facility
