Ms. Nana Brago Ababio holds an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Plymouth, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ghana, Legon.

She serves as the Head of Human Resource and Administration at GAB Health Insurance, providing strategic leadership in human capital and administrative management. Ms. Ababio oversees talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Her prior experience includes key roles at the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ecobank Ghana PLC, demonstrating a strong record of national and institutional service. She notably contributed as a Committee Member for Ghana’s hosting of UNCTAD XII in 2007 and the 8th AGOA Forum in 2008.

Through effective policy formulation, workforce planning, and organizational development, Ms. Ababio continues to drive the sustainability, governance, and service excellence of GAB Health Insurance.
